I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were typical Ibis style - clean and functional, but not particularly spacious. The service was friendly and helpful despite the challenging circumstances. The location was perfect, close to the port but away from street noise. The hotel's location is everything you could ask for, right on the Vieux Port with plenty of cafes, bars, and shopping around. The rooms are bright, airy, and well-designed, perfect for up to 3 people. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The dining experience was great value for money with a wide selection available. However, there was a slight damp/moldy smell in the rooms due to poor ventilation which could be improved.
